Our Penthouse has a private roof top pool with a beautiful bbq and lounge area to relax. The building has two share pool, a gym, a jacuzzi to enjoy too. Washer and dryer in the building too. Tulum is in a growing phase, constructions, water and power cut off are expected without notice.

The apartment is set in a quiet neighborhood in La Veleta in Tulum, a fifteen minutes walk from restaurants, cafes, and bars in town and 2 km from beaches. Head to the beach to try out watersports activities or visit the Mayan ruins at the Tulum Architectural Site. Parking available, taxis are difficult to find.
